TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Replica Metal Soldiers & Models (RMSM) fully complies with UK law relating to mail order companies and the distance selling regulations. We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and our service and invite your comments if we fail in any way. A customer has the right to cancel their order, without giving reason.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in sterling. There is no VAT on our products as we are not a VAT registered company. Purchases made from outside the UK will be charged in sterling and converted to your currency by your credit card company. When ordering you must state the correct card holder details including address, these details are checked for security reasons and any mis-match in details may cause a delay. RMSM reserves the right to cancel and refund any order. The processing of your payment and any order acknowledgments including emails does not constitute a legally binding contract between RMSM and the purchaser. The sales contract begins on delivery of the goods to you or collection from us.
Credit card security
We offer payment via PayPal and Square/IZettle Payments. These are secure payment methods, using all the latest encryption methods. Your credit card details are not stored on any servers or computers.
Accuracy of website
We aim to keep all pictures and product descriptions up to date and as accurate as possible. Where a weight is given for a particular product this is the average product weight recorded by us for shipping purposes.
If any item(s) you are interested in are currently out of stock, please contact us for an estimate lead time and/or to place a back order. Limited edition sets that are sold out will not be available for back order. However, a custom set may be commissioned, which will not be part of the original limited run and will be slightly different from the production set to preserve the integrity of the limited edition run.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most items in our range are made to order. Handling time can normally be up to 14 -28 days for castings and up to 12 weeks for painted sets plus delivery times for the UK are normally 5 working days. Worldwide deliveries vary depending on your country, please contact us for specific details.
We will notify you if there is a delay to fulfilling your order within these specified times.
Postage and shipping costs.
All shipping costs are stated at the checkout before you commit to purchasing. Cost includes or packing. Courier services, and additional insurance cover can be requested by the customer.
Customs duties/tax - Please note for international customers there may be customs/import duties to pay depending on the value of the goods, these are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure please check your local customs office, most have online information about import duties and or taxes.
We want you to be totally happy with you purchase, if not you can return it to ourselves for a refund or exchange. . A customer may return any item within 30 working days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Contact us first
Please contact us before sending any goods back to ourselves.
We will contact you when we have actioned your return explaining what we have done in regards to your request, be it a refund, exchange or providing replacement parts.
Returning items from a discount offer.
Returned items that were purchased as part of a multiple item group discount and/or multiple purchase special offers may lead to the original discount being voided and thus any refund amount will be affected. For example, a purchase totalling over £100 used in conjunction with a 'Spend more than £100' offer code. If you are returning an item from this purchase which takes the resulting purchase total to below £100 you will then lose any discount applied to that order. You can of course return the whole order for a full refund.
We will contact you with an update when we have actioned your return (ie. a refund, exchange or that the item is waiting for warranty inspection/repair). For refunds please allow 14 days for any refunds to show in your account.
Unwanted and exchange items
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange provided we have been contacted for a return or are returned to us within 14 days from receipt date.
Return of goods.
We are sorry but we are unable to cover or refund postage costs, these must be covered by the customer.
Goods are returned unused and in as-sold condition in original packaging.
Items need to be wrapped or boxed up. Please do not directly stick labels or write on the item or the item's original packaging.
Goods returned after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion but a credit note/ voucher will be given in lieu of a direct refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a copy of your receipt and a covering letter explaining your returned item(s). For your protection, please keep your proof of posting.
Postage for any exchanged goods will be met by the customer.
International Returns - Returning goods from outside the UK?
If you are returning goods please note the following requirements.
On form CN22/CN23 you must state RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE, and put ZERO as a value in the package value box. Failure to do so will result in the parcel getting delayed in customs and being returned. Please do not use FedEX or DHL as they always apply extra charges.
Due to overseas return postage and duty charges we are unable to process exchanges for returned items from outside the UK. Please reorder as required and return the unwanted item for a refund.
2. Incorrectly supplied goods
We will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If you are in the UK, and need to return an item due to a mistake on our part please contact us immediately and we will email you a returns label so you can send the goods back at our costs. If you are located overseas, please return the item using an economy service, with the package marked "ZERO VALUE FAILED SALE", and we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.
Please note - we must be informed of any errors within 14 days of purchase date.
3. Faulty item returns
If you have an item that you need to return to us due to a fault please contact us first as we may be able to offer advice over the telephone or via email. We will do all we can to sort the problem for you.
If in the event you need to post an item back please include a copy of your receipt together with full details of the problem so as to help us with a speedy return.
Goods must be returned in a clean unused condition.
We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage costs. We will cover the cost of postage for a replacement.
